Passport Online Registration Notes

1. In case you want any change in submitted application details, please visit Passport Seva Kendra (PSK).
2. You can schedule an appointment using “Manage Appointment” button. Your application must be submitted (.i.e Date of Submission should not be blank) in order to avail this facility. In case you have taken an appointment, please ensure to get your token issued (at PSK) before the scheduled appointment time.
3. You can print the application receipt using “Print Application Receipt” button. Your application must be submitted (.i.e Date of Submission should not be blank) in order to avail this facility.
4. You can retrieve the partially saved form using “Retrieve Partially Saved Form” button. Your application must NOT be submitted (.i.e Date of Submission should be blank) in order to avail this facility.
5. Your partially saved form will be automatically deleted from the system after 90 calendar days from the last saved date.
6. Partially saved forms (i.e. application forms whose Date of Submission is blank) would not be entertained at PSK. You must submit the completed application form using ‘Submit Form’ button available on the last page before visiting PSK.
7. You can upload a maximum of 4 (four) pdf files (maximum size limit: 1 MB) as documents supporting your application form using “Upload Supporting Documents” button. Your application must be submitted (.i.e Date of Submission should not be blank) in order to avail this facility.
8. In case you have already booked an appointment but cannot visit as per the schedule, you should either cancel the appointment (so as to free up the slot for other applicants) or reschedule it as per availability/ convenience. You can do so by logging in from the same user id and using the Applicant Home -> Manage Appointment feature.
